Brother Laurence, Prior of Shelford with the consent of the Convent of the same enfeoffs Geoffrey, stepson of Helias the Clerk, for his homage and service with one toft which Wiluricus Horn held in the vill of Shelford along with two acres of arable land in the same territory in certain named locations viz; Eadmundewong, Pesecroft, Stancrossegate, Prestinghill and Foxinghill with named abuttors.

Terms: To be held by Geoffrey and his heirs of the Priory of Shelford freely, quietly, honourably and peacefully with all its appurtenances within and without the vill rendering annually for all services and secular actions 3/- sterling in two equal portions at Michaelmas and at Easter; Brother Lawrence in turn warrants them against all men in perpetuity.
