1404 dispute with John Cheyne, the Prebendary of Sandiacre over tithes of land near Dale Abbey belonging to Sandiacre church.
 
1411 mandated to visit Newhouse Abbey (Lincs) (C41E).
 
1414      Licence,  for 40s. paid in the hanaper, from Henry Fox clerk, Roger Wingerworth, Thomas Wade, John Townly and Nicholas Parker chaplain, to grant a messuage in Notyngham, held by the King in burgage, to the abbot and convent of Dale in mortmain, in aid of their maintenance (COX18).
 
1415      A man willed to be buried at Dale but died in Dartmouth, so the abbot had him exhumed and reburied at Dale.  He was rewarded with 10 marks, a best set of vestments and a chalice and arrangements for services for the next 100 years (C/CW).
 
1422 The abbot took fealty of the prior of Newstead, who was prior 1422-29 (C/WC).  Is this the same event as recorded under 1425 below?
 
1423 The Dean of Lincoln allowed the abbots of Dale Abbey and Darley Abbey to appoint vicars for that turn to the livings of Matlock, Edlaston and Fenny Bentley.
 
1425 The abbot undertook to celebrate in chapter an obit for the sisters and brethren of Syon..

1425 The abbot took the oath of allegiance of the new prior of Newstead (C41) (see above 1422).
