1327 abbot was plaintiff in a suit against bailiff (C41) Adam Scot of Derby (C41E) of Ockbrook's accounts.

1327 present at Welbeck when Welbeck's abbot did obeisance to archbishop Melton (C41E).
 
1330/1, a crown inquiry inquitio quo warranto investigated the abbot's claim to free warren in his demesne lands and parks (details in C41E).  He forfeited free warren at Bathley (near Newark).

The abbot was the plaintiff of a suit concerning the accounts of the bailiff of Ockbrook.

1330.  He had a papal mandate to provide Geoffrey de Bikleswade to a canonry  in Lincoln (C41), although he was already rector of Raundes (C41E).
 
Resigned due to old age (FOX, M).
 
Died 9th November 1333 (H83), because he is in the Beauchief obituary for that day (C41).
