May 1494 George Slee, diaconus, was servitor infirmorum (C38).  Edward Hampton sent to Durford (Sussex) for 40 days' gravioris culpae and 5 years' detention for fathering a child (C41).  He disappears from Dale’s records.

List of current canons in C41.  16 according to PREMONS.  Richard de Nottingham abbot, C41 had Robert Aston as subprior (see below), John York alias Wytton circator, William Lammas cantor, Thomas Stanley (C41 has no task assigned to him), Richard Blackwall sacrist (see below), John Bebe subsacrist (deacon), George Slee or Sleygh deacon and infirmarian, Ralph Stanton alias Porter alias Makarelle, Geoffrey Glossop and John Spenser novices,  Richard Nottingham vicar of Ilkeston, John Monyash vicar of Kirk Hallam, Richard Bredon vicar of Heanor (C41)
William Blackburn chaplain of Stanton;  Thomas Stanley novice master;  Robert Aston sacrist.

Aug, William Lammas recorded as circator.  Richard de Nottingham died.  Richard Bredon vicar of Heanor;  William Blackburn chaplain of Stanton;  Thomas Stanley sacrist;  John York alias Wytton subprior;  Robert Aston;  ;  Ralph Stanton alias Porter alias Makarelle;  George Slee or Sleygh;  Geoffrey Glossop;  Richard Gainsboroghe alias Banysbroghe (new, C41);  ;  John Spenser.  Robert Brownslowe was vicar at Ilkeston;  he died in 1510.
Robert Bredon subprior of Sulby is at Dale for correction, and John Bebe is at Sulby for correction (C41).

1500 List of current canons in C41.  *15 according to PREMONS *12 including the abbot, a result of the plague (C41).  John Bebe is back from Sulby.  No Monyash, York, Slee, Stanley, Blackwell, Stanton (1 of them was probably at Heanor).  The Richard Bredon from Heanor is now chaplain of Ockbrook.

1506 St James Agarde (C40C).  His mother Johanne Holme bequeathed to him 20/-, 6 yds white woollen cloth, a feather bed, a pair of sheets and 4 silver spoons (C43).
