Also a house and close in Dale parish, in the tenure of John Pendylton.
Grant in fee to Thomas Powtrell of West Hallam for £102 of the grange called Stanley Grange, Derb. With its appurtenances in Dale, Stanley, and Spoudon, in tenure of Robert Nesse (COX 18).
